Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional ESG initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and waste minimization
- Oversee lifecycle assessments for new product development and supply chain optimization
- Manage stakeholder engagement including investors, NGOs, and regulatory bodies
- Drive circular economy adoption through innovative material sourcing and product design
- Analyze sustainability KPIs and report progress using GRI and SASB frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 7+ years in sustainability management with proven ESG strategy execution
- Experience with carbon accounting tools (e.g., CDP, GHG Protocol)
- Certification in sustainability (e.g., GRI, LEED, SASB) strongly preferred
- Advanced data analysis skills with sustainability metrics dashboards
- Deep knowledge of emerging circular economy technologies and practices
- Experience developing and implementing net-zero transition strategies
