Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable sustainability frameworks using AI/ML for resource optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing carbon-neutral product lifecycles
- Drive innovation in circular economy technologies and waste reduction systems
- Establish KPIs for ESG metrics and report on sustainability impact to stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen renewable energy integration solutions
- Mentor technical teams in sustainable coding practices and green cloud architecture
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology leadership with 3+ years in sustainability or ESG roles
- Expertise in AI/ML applications for environmental systems optimization
- Certification in LEED or similar sustainability frameworks (required)
- Proven track record of launching commercial sustainability tech products
- Strong background in full-stack development with cloud-native architecture
- Experience with IoT sensor networks and real-time environmental data analytics
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in green technology grants or investments
