Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sustainable technology roadmaps aligned with ESG goals
- Analyze emerging green tech trends (AI efficiency, blockchain traceability, renewable energy integration)
- Lead cross-functional projects to redesign products with circular economy principles
- Establish KPIs to measure environmental impact and sustainability ROI
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize energy consumption in digital infrastructure
- Advocate for sustainable procurement practices in technology supply chains
- Present strategic initiatives to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Engineering, or Computer Science (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in sustainability roles
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting
- Proven experience leading cross-functional sustainability initiatives
- Strong data analysis skills with sustainability metrics tools
- Certification in Green IT or Sustainable Technology (e.g., CSTM)
- Deep understanding of renewable energy systems and circular economy models
