Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ implications
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Author thought leadership content and present insights to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of external futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion experimental projects exploring next-generation human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-level executives
- Master's degree in relevant field (Technology, Business, or Social Sciences)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
