Responsibilities
- Delicate patient hygiene and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Collaboration with RNs on patient care plans
- Emotional support for patients and families
- Maintaining sterile environments and infection control
- Assisting with therapeutic activities
- Timely communication of patient status changes
Qualifications
- Active Washington CNA certification
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
