Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and patient positioning
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Support emotional well-being through patient interaction and communication
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in electronic health record documentation
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
