Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU/Telemetry units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Implement and monitor treatment plans per facility protocols
- Document patient progress with precision and timeliness
- Provide patient/family education on health management
- Adhere to all JCAHO and OSHA regulations
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- 1+ years of ICU/Telemetry experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Pass background and health screenings
- Flexibility for 8/12-hour shifts
