Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Telemetry units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, JCAHO standards, and state regulations
- Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and health maintenance
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Maintain sterile environments and proper infection control procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS/NISS preferred based on unit
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to new clinical environments and protocols
- Ability to travel and relocate for 13-week assignments
- Pass background check and health screening requirements
