Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care in assigned clinical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and hospital procedures
- Participate in shift handovers and care coordination activities
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for specialty roles
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in rotating schedules
- Strong clinical skills in specialty area (ICU, ER, Telemetry)
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and health screenings
