Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
- Monitor patient health, symptoms, and progress while administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document accurate and timely patient histories, assessments, and care plans within the EHR system.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment strategies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment for both patients and staff.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations with a high level of composure.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care or specialty nursing experience (ICU, Med-Surg, ER preferred).
- Strong computer proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict medical and safety standards.
