Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical specialty (ICU, ER, Med-Surg, etc.)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Adhere to hospital protocols and state nursing regulations

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana or compact state
- 1+ years of experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications (specialty-specific)

- Passing score on skills validation assessments
- Flexibility for 8-12 hour shifts including nights/weekends
