Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings including ICU, ER, and MedSurg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Provide patient education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical events
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or willingness to obtain WI license)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in specialty area
- BSN degree preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and adaptability in new environments
- Ability to travel and work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
