Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Adapt quickly to new protocols and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Document care accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Respond effectively to emergent situations with clinical competence
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Specialty certifications (e.g., ER, ICU, OR) preferred
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and variable schedules
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background checks and facility-specific requirements
