Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals and specialty clinics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with precision and safety
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols
- Assess patient needs and provide education to patients and families
- Adapt quickly to new environments and healthcare protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications may be needed)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new healthcare settings
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
