Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and safety
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHRs)
- Provide patient education and support to promote health and recovery
- Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory standards at all times
- Maintain infection control practices and emergency response readiness
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in specialty area
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS/NRP for specialties)
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
- Positive attitude and passion for travel nursing
