Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized patient care in ICU/ER settings with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient/family education regarding treatment protocols
- Adhere to facility-specific protocols and regulatory standards
- Participate in rapid response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/ER experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
