Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by licensed practitioners.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal recovery and safety.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, medications, and interventions.
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and workflows in various facilities.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia (or compact state).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different shift schedules, including nights and weekends.
