Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient charts and medical records.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, infection control policies, and HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Valid DEA license and proof of immunizations (TB, Hepatitis B, etc.) as required by state law.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
