Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in accordance with nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed providers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient vitals and document accurate, timely medical records.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Respond to emergencies and critical care situations with composure and expertise.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Wisconsin or a compact state.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience (Critical Care preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to different facility cultures and patient populations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to start date.
