Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in various medical settings, including ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and recovery.
- Document patient care plans, assessments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere strictly to all hospital protocols, safety regulations, and nursing standards of practice.
- Assist in triage and emergency response situations as required by unit needs.
- Participate in shift handoffs and report critical information to the oncoming team.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Wisconsin (or compact state eligibility).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications required (ACLS may be required for specific units).
- Willingness to travel and relocate for contract assignments.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward patient care.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
