Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient vital signs, medical history, and treatment progress accurately.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and critical situations with composure and speed.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to new facilities and patient populations.
