Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in high-acuity settings (ICU, ER, Telemetry)
- Utilize provided advanced monitoring equipment and diagnostic tools
- Adapt quickly to new hospital protocols and EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and California nursing standards
- Document care accurately using provided mobile devices
- Participate in rapid response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, TNCC)
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments with optional extensions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
