Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals and specialty units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments and interventions in electronic health records
- Adhere to all hospital policies, protocols, and state nursing regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Complete all required training and orientation modules

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- New graduates and nurses with less than 1 year experience encouraged to apply
- BLS certification (required prior to start)
