Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in diverse medical settings.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Adhere to all state and federal healthcare regulations and facility protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times during your shift.
- Participate in shift handovers and departmental meetings to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff when applicable.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- ACLS and BLS certification required (PALS preferred for pediatric units).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience.
- Willingness to travel for 13-week assignments in Riverside, CA.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive professional references within the last 2 years.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
