Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize medical urgency using evidence-based protocols
- Communicate critical information to physicians and emergency staff with precision
- Provide compassionate patient education and emotional support
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years emergency department experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with electronic medical records
- BSN preferred
