Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls using established triage protocols
- Provide accurate medical advice and guidance to patients via phone and telehealth
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with precision
- Educate patients on healthcare resources and follow-up care
- Monitor patient flow and department resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience in emergency or urgent care settings preferred
