Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments using standardized triage protocols
- Operate diagnostic equipment (EKG, vital monitors, telehealth systems)
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists for critical care decisions
- Document patient encounters in EHR systems with precision
- Provide emergency medical guidance to patients and families
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain equipment calibration and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota
- Minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with telehealth and diagnostic equipment
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
