Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care urgency using advanced triage protocols
- Operate digital monitoring equipment including EKG machines and vital sign trackers
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists using our integrated telehealth platforms
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) with specialized documentation tools
- Provide clear patient education using our interactive patient education system
- Manage high-volume call centers with AI-assisted triage software
- Mentor junior staff on equipment utilization and best practices
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas with minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic or Cerner preferred)
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote monitoring devices
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong communication abilities in high-stress environments
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment (e.g., EKG, pulse oximeters)
