Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telephone triage assessments for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate care urgency and disposition
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation per protocols
- Educate patients on care pathways and next steps
- Coordinate with emergency services when critical situations arise
- Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years ER/urgent care triage experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficient in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Spanish bilingual preferred
