Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls and prioritize care based on medical urgency using established protocols
- Provide expert telehealth guidance and triage support to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Handle high-pressure situations with calm professionalism and critical decision-making
- Facilitate patient flow through urgent care and emergency department coordination
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license with unrestricted status
- Minimum 2 years triage or emergency department experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficient in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to work independently and in high-volume settings
- Spanish bilingual preferred
