Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs, patient observations, and meal intake
- Collaborate with RNs to implement individualized care plans with precision
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging moments
- Assist with rehabilitative exercises under clinical supervision
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
- Successful background check and drug screening
