Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of assistive devices
- Administer medications as per physician orders under supervision
- Support patients with daily living activities and light housekeeping
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team and family members

Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
