Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Support licensed nurses in daily care routines
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary - we provide full training
- Current Texas CNA certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
