Responsibilities
- Delicate remote patient monitoring and care coordination for Austin-area residents
- Assist with telehealth appointments and virtual patient assessments
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure continuity of care
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients remotely
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and escalate concerns appropriately
- Participate in virtual team meetings and continuing education
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or remote healthcare experience
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
