Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation in EMR systems
- Mobility support and safe transfer techniques
- Collaborative care coordination with RNs and physicians
- Infection control protocol adherence and environmental sanitation
- Emotional support and companionship for residents
- Medication administration assistance under supervision
Qualifications
- Active Missouri CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Clear criminal background and negative TB screen
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Proficient in point-of-care documentation systems
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work day/evening shifts
