Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition changes
- Assist with therapeutic activities and rehabilitative exercises
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff for coordinated care
- Implement fall prevention and infection control protocols
- Support emotional well-being through patient engagement
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Clear background check and negative TB test
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts
