Responsibilities
- Provide personalized patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision

Qualifications
- Current Illinois CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
