Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily living assistance to patients in their homes or care facilities.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility exercises.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and nursing staff regarding patient conditions and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nurses.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Home Health Aide certification is required.
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
