Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Document patient care plans, symptoms, and progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon CNA License (or RN license).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
