Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical charts.
- Assist with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility for patients of all ages.

Qualifications
- Current and valid CNA Certification or RN/LPN license as applicable.
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association) is required.

- Physical stamina to lift, move, and assist patients as needed.
