Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments following OSHA protocols
- Take and develop dental radiographs with precision and care
- Manage patient flow and maintain accurate digital records using Eaglesoft software
- Deliver exceptional chairside support and patient education
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of dental supplies
- Coordinate insurance pre-authorizations and billing documentation
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA license required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Expertise in digital radiography and intraoral imaging
- Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
- Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software
- CPR certification with current BLS credentials
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
