Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and behavior accurately.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Document patient care services in medical records accurately and timely.
- Respond to patient emergencies and call lights immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN or CNA license in the state of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS preferred for RNs).
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift patients for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong commitment to patient safety and privacy (HIPAA compliance).
