Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and vital sign monitoring via telehealth platform
- Assist physicians with electronic health documentation and clinical workflows
- Coordinate patient education and medication management remotely
- Manage patient scheduling and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all digital interactions
- Process lab orders and results through integrated EHR systems
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in ambulatory/hospital setting
