Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional bedside care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Document patient care accurately and confidentially
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to patient call lights promptly
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred (new graduates encouraged)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Reliable transportation for varied shift locations
- Availability for 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Background check and drug screening clearance
