Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition changes
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments under RN supervision
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Support emotional well-being of patients and families during overnight hours
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Active WA State CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1-year acute care hospital experience required
- BLS/CPR certification (current)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
