Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead patient education initiatives to promote health literacy and preventive care
- Participate in rapid response teams and emergency care protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington state with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for specialty roles
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience with ICU or ER focus
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system and telehealth technologies
