Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Provide telehealth consultations for post-surgical and chronic condition management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using electronic health records (EHR)
- Administer medication education and remote monitoring support
- Respond to patient inquiries via secure messaging platforms
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in weekend rotation coverage (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or virtual care experience preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
- Strong assessment skills for remote patient evaluation
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Availability for consistent weekend scheduling
- BLS certification required
