Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient assessments and care coordination via telehealth platforms
- Monitor and document patient health status using EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
- Respond to emergencies with rapid intervention protocols
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data security standards
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license with unrestricted status
- BSN preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience (telehealth preferred)
- BLS/Certification; ACLS for critical care roles
- Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth technology
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
