Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care assistance to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision

Qualifications
- Active North Carolina CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays

- Background check and drug screen clearance required
