Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Report patient condition changes to nursing staff
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification (current)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB screening
- Strong communication and documentation skills
